for example...Seattle lo Bali rally lo fans kantea, political interests unavallu ekkuva untaru...Amaravathi imp intrtst ikkada

if i am person in "Few stupid grp".........if Big fish creates real estate opportunity worth of 100Cs, i might shoot to make atleast 10L profit.....people in US are moreee knee on these opportunities

FYI kaka....i know people who are already investing in Amaravathi.....making sure if a particular area has or will get a CRDA(Capital Region Dev Authority) approval.....Just Just this info can give you a profit of 2-10K per Sq ft in 1yr
