              I am new to USA. I have ordered a Macbook Pro on amazon and gave my apartment address as shipping address. The carrier was AMZL_US and they have delivered it to the leasing office. When i went there to pick up the package, they refused to give it to me as i am not one of the lease member. They also said that they will be returning the package and i will be getting the refund. After 3 weeks when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that they did not receive any package and to contact the leasing office staff. When i contact the leasing office staff, they told me that they have returned it and to contact amazon. So i am struck in between Amazon and the Leasing Office Now. Its 1 month now and i have not received any refund or at least an email. Can any one please advice me what to do?

 

Go to leading office with the lease holder. Ask tracking# for their return.

Because you haven't received the order , you can immediately put the transaction in dispute and simply let them know that Amazon haven't delivered it , If Amazon wants to inquire they are going to first contact leasing office (valla records lo leasing office lo inattu untadi) will give bang bang to leasing office if they find any fraud .

first tell leasing office tht.. 

ur friend ordered laptop for u  on ur name..and he forgot including the homeowners name on address.

then strict ga talk to leasing ppl about package and tracking stuff
