THere is a sectoin called I certify https://www.ice.gov/sites/default/files/documents/Document/2016/I-983.pdf

 

if you put false information in it, you will be jailed .

 

second if you put right infomration, chacnes of getting opt extension is rare, since we cannot follow all opt rules.. so summary is OPT students better find full time. If cant find full time ,, i donno what options they have !
