While hoping that new industries be set up in the state, he assured that government would offer required support to enable industrialists re-open factories that were shut down. The chief minister KCR held thoughts with agents of the Ballapur Industrial Limited (prevalently known as Warangal Ballapur Reyans plant), that was closed down last year after operating for 35 years. Consequently, several dependant families were left in a lurch. Responding to a request by BIL CEO Anup Kansal that the government raise eucalypts plants (for raw material), subsidised power and adequate coal from Singareni Collieries to restart operations at the factory, the chief minister responded positively.
