Krazi Posted June 9, 2016 Report Posted June 9, 2016 ma freind ki extenstion deny ayyindhi. ventane valla employer refiled the petition in premium and it got approved withnew i94 in 5 days. first ask your employer to refile it soon aftet fixing the reason for denial . Atleast you will get some time to think on what to do next while ur petition is in processing. Quote

Mtr apply chesi u can stay.. But mtr takes way long time to get the decision.. If it is rejected again u r considered to be illegal.. better option is leave country and apply again .. i am in same page.. Inka deny kaledu naadi.. Got rfe.. Quote
Leonardo_Di_Carpio Posted June 9, 2016 Report Posted June 9, 2016 #1.apply for B2 visa ...if you can file it... #2.get out of country....as your i94 expired... #3. file MTR with good attorney and employer.... #4. if MTR doesn't work....refile your eeh1b from your employer...get stamped in India and come back to US... #5.if you stay more days in US ...in out of status....the more problems you will face.... this is my research...most of them are applicable choices.... According to me , MTR is waste...it takes long time..and u cant stay legally in USA while MTR is in processing.Sometimes MTR make take up to 1 year. I suggest that refiling is always better and faster. Atleast you can stay based on receipt. Quote
