easy way to work with scales to get a fork and a carry bag.

put the this is carry bag and scrpe the scales with the fork. or do it with  a fork or spoon right at the fishing spot if allowed.

to remove guts, take a sharp knife and let it through the fish's ass which is almost anywhere from half way to 75%of the way to the tail fin from the belly. andthen rip thru to almost by the gills. then rip out the guts poopers etc. If you are lucky you can get some roe as well. once the guts gills (eye are optional) are removed proceed to chop off the fins. and then cut to desired steak chops.
