RAJUGARU Posted June 9, 2016 Report Posted June 9, 2016 wife currently On H4 visa and studying masters. (valid till sep 2016) change of status to F1 Deny ayyindi(reason unknown as of now). Now she is going to India to get F1 visa stamped. Visa stamping aithe ok. all happies. Just in case reject aithe. Can she travel back on old H4 which is valid till Sep ? Quote

F1 denied ante some paper work mistake. not more than that. kaani F1 reject ayyina she can back ravachhu. but, konni situations lo decision late chestharu. then its a problem to travel. Quote
