Babu sudden ga 3 months tarwaatha wife nee India nundi thechkundu..as a courtesy, he didn't even offer to pay higher share in the rent..

Gap chup undala or should I ask him to pay up without any mohamatam...

Just move out and tell him he can have the entire house with his wife  or if you like the house... get another room mate and have him move out to get a separate house!
