1. opportunity in central massachusetts; salary 96K; GC after 6 months in EB2. Looks like a cool job with tella team mates. Bonus and benefits are good.

2. this is in cleveland, OH; salary around 86-88K; GC after 6 months in EB3. Most of them are desi team mates, work might be more. Benefits there; but no bonus and holidays also around 21/2 weeks.

3. this is in wilmington, DE; salary around 100K-108K; GC after 1 year in EB2 - but need to get approvals and manager recommendation than above 2. Work might be more both onsite and offshore, complete desi team mates. Benefits and bonus are good.

Option 1 looks better, only thing is expenses might be more. I am single so trying to decide one. Any suggestions?

without email confirmation from company HR(which might not be possible) regarding GC, I wont take neither one.

you know what dont take option 3 then banking sector most uncertain untadhi life..laid back attitude kavali ante option 2 baane untundhi ohio cost of living very cheap vaadu eb3 lo chesina future lo company marinappudu eb2 ki porting pettukovachu le i dont think eb3 will matter now.so option  2 teesko.mass lo nenu unna i hate that place very expensive,too much traffic,worst weather.
