i heard issues regarding GC for few employees, not starting at very last minute and also delaying. Not sure if these people are filing well now.

But, approvals and process start ki minimum 1 to 11/2 year avochu ani annaru.

option 2 expenses wise and pay wise is better in OH. i am planning to stay for a long time in that company rather than moving, now i am requesting if they can file in EB2.

Salary should never be criteria if it is 10K difference. Think long term, your growth and location you want to settle and raise kids.

Choose which ever is good to learn, reputed and starts gc fast. Work until marriage and then look for a place and company to settle down.
