Dude, there are many good places.

Bothell ,kirkland ,Bellevue,Renton,Auburn...

Desi community is every where in all those cities but sparsely in auburn.

and stay in Bothell, its far but atleast u may pay relatively less rent

Rent takkuvalo kavali ante better renton,kent, federal way,auburn...dagarlo ante inka asalu dwntownlo teskodam better...rent vl be almost same compared to bellevue n redmond

lookout in Renton (Plum Tree,Benson down, Berkshire apartments). They are affordable.Double bed , single bath can get for 1500

you have facility to park and ride , can take lite rail to Seattle downtown. Your commute will be max of 30 mins.
