This is the end of the H1B visa gradually as we know it. What good is an H1B when companies are refusing to hire people outright who are on that visa. 

It's sad but I guess it's better to find some other nation to migrate to.

Market is saturated with H4 EADs. They don't have to bother about C2C and all the additional paperwork that it entails if they go along with an H4 EAD. So clients are taking H1Bs full time for positions where they need a lot of work to be done and throwing the cheap jobs at H4 EADs who are willing to work for $15-$20/hr. 

 

Munde cheppa manamu koorchunna chettuni manam narukkunnattavutundi H4 EAD vasthey ani. Ippudu ade jarigindi. If you aren't a full time on h1B and into consulting, you are screwed now.
