can I sue CKGS?

we applied for our daughters OCI they kept sending the applications back saying some documents are missing. This is the second time we got the application back.

on 05/23 we checked the online status about missing documents. I emailed them, received instructions saying "email missing docs to a different email address". I did it before 10 days

I emailed 3 to 4 times in these 10 days requesting status . following are their responses each time

We have forwarded your documents to the concern department for further clarification. Once we receive a revert we will notify you.

Your documents has been received and the application will be forwarded to the consulate soon.

We would like to inform you that, we have received the requested document and it is under review.

Guess what they sent application back again today , citing the reason they mentioned on 05/23.

what is this man. It takes at least 5 to 6 hours to print everything , get them notarized and pay $60 every time for shipping

got it .. actually congress lo bada MP closed cgks project and opened bls over night.. now bjp back to ckgs

I thought cigs is better over bls. Bls returned my passport application 4 times saying missing documents. Finally I renewed it India.  Looks like both are same.

tweet chesa bro, there are so many other tweeting about CKGS to sushma. I really want to sue them if possible . email proof koda undi. small claims court lo oka 2000 - 3000 ki sue cheyyocha?

I have been trying to apply for OCI for my son since February of 2016. It started with wrong instructions on the website which resulted in me having to notarize documents multiple times wasting time and money. In addition, the call center staff is never available as the phone lines don't go through at all. There is no consistent answer that you get from the call center staff.
Over all horrible experience dealing with CKGS and their processes. The website does not work properly. I am not sure I can trust them with my original documents.
Their service is hopeless and embassy should look to tie with responsible people for visa and passport service.
