Question on cap gap travel

opt expires --july 30

h1b and change of status approved

cap gap till sep 30.

f1 stamping not expired

 

So can the person travel and return to us before oct 1 (h1b start date) after july 30

 

i read this on  some attorney website

 If the H-1B petition and change of status application are approved prior to departure, the individual may return to the U.S. on valid F-1 status prior to the date the change of status takes effect. Again, the individual must have a valid F-1 visa to return in F-1 status.

dhed dimak BPO unte...come back on H1 stamping ante kashtam..

chala mandi velli vacharu kuda alage..shouldnt be a problem 80% varaku.
