This is only for front-end, what about backend/database/scheduled jobs / sending push notifciations/emails? . You can do everything with just javascript(node.js) . best solution currently. Quote

You can even create mobile apps for all platforms using Cordova/Phonegap.. You can learn nodejs if you know JS. And nodejs is good future competitor for java or any other sever side technologies..
