Are these rates at all time lowest?

Ee rate endhi Ayya $32 for middleware admin position $15 for testing Guys don't encourage vendors with such rates, it looks like strategy,  still some vendors are ready to paying good rate, if you are really experienced they have to pay you the correct rate. Just hold on and wait for the right opportunity.
