Just drink hot milk with pinch of turmeric before you sleep.... you will get good sleep and your brain will rest

Take a break, read a good book or visit a new place.

  • Go Weight training - Hire a trainer
  • Get a motorcycle / bike - join meet-ups and go on a ride / trip with them.
  • Prepare and run a marathon
  • Register in dating websites and try meeting / dating new people
  • Try learning Tennis / kickboxing / shooting / enroll in commercial pilot training

*** DO NOT go for alcohol or sleeping pills. They are depressants *** 

PS : I did all of them except last one. Trust me its really fun to be single. Its just you got to be proactive %$#$
