H4 Extension Question

My H1b expiring on Aug 31st. My wife is on H4. Applying for my H1b extension in premium processing in a week mostly.

H1b extension packet lone H4 extension kuda petti file cheyocha? So that both H1b extension and H4 result 15 days lo telisipotundi and also only 1226$ ye karchu avutundi ani

Dependents H4 kooda kalipi file cheyyavacchu.. they will receive a different receipt number though. Form I-539  and Form 1-129 needs to signed by the dependent.

Attorney will send those documents and ur wife needs to sign them and send back to attorney. Vallu anni kalipi submit chestharu.

and how about H4 Ead as well with respect to filling H1 and H4 in premium processing. 

 

Will I be getting h4 ead in 15 days as well ?

No EAD will take time 3 months

bro, so if I also file for H4 ead at same time, two times 380$ karchu avutunda? since 1st h1b expiry munde file chestunam kada H4 EAD. For that 380$ and again extension ki 380$

premium processing may also result in a much faster processing of the H-4 EAD when all applications (H-1B, H-4, and EAD) are filed together!

Yes Bro...last 2 weeks back nenu chesa H1 extension along with H4 and H4 EAD extension...Anni docs kalipi pampistharu ...FYI...H4 EAD results 15 days lone vasthundi...its a good option when you do H1 extension..Do it no tension....Mine approved in 5 days H4 EAD as well along with H1 extension..All D best...
