Urgent Info needed - Help pls

H okati pick avvaledu ..This is the last chance and the current status is good till July first week. Applied to a university.. since they have reached maximum capacity and no seats are available,my application was deferred to next sem which starts in aug last week.

1. can I continue my job with out status till aug end ?

2. suggest some univ which offers cheepeetee from day 1 other than harrsb n Sulv
