Advice on Buying home now...

2011/12/13 time lo home konna vallaki price ippudu perigayi. What if i buy now ?

And by the way how find out how much price i can effort ... ? i mean what are the numbers at my side will the mortgage people see for example if i want purchase $450k home, what are the number they might be looking in my savings and what number are they looking at my credit history, expenses, rent... I know i can go for pre-approval. But want to know rough idea before doing it.
