KothaHero Posted June 23, 2016 Report Posted June 23, 2016 state to state differ avuthayi laws, check with PA law, also dont you have a lawyer from your side when the agreement was prepared? better consult a lawyer, sellers try to intimidate its quite common Quote

Purchase agreement sign cheyyaka muindu drop ithe ...seller negotiation confirmation emails chupinchi law and all ani bediristhunnadu.. should we really care? depends on you state law, In Massachussetts email confirmation is like sigining a contract. so depends on PA law. you can talk to an attorney but again it incurs some fees. seller tho negotiate cheyyi, ask them politely and explain your situation, vaadu nee deggarnunchi entho kontha dobbataniki try chesthunnadu anukunta. but again PA laws chusi proceed avvu afdb lo kante zillow, trulia lo advice sections untayi, akkada you can get better help and advice. greenbelt Posted June 23, 2016 Report Posted June 23, 2016 It happened to us, when we were in PA (Pittsburgh) we signed on Purchase Agreement and a week after Withdrawn, as our jobs changed to different locations. So we went to the Seller Ryan Homes, told the situation that we are leaving to India due to some Visa Issues. They accepted and returned our entire 20% downpayment with in a week. Talk to them politely and request them. you will be good. Quote
