110-120K with remote is very good option. Most of the times Clients salary, consultant(TCS, CTS etc.,) sal kanna takkuve untundhi..edho topu tech ayithe tappa 150-200 neneppudu vinaledhu.

110K fulltime = 70/hr C2C (if you are continuously on proj in an year)
Fulltime benifits( insurance, reimbursements(ph, net etc), rebate in company shares, relocations exp, 10 sick leave 10 casual leave). Nuvvu overtime chesina comp-of teesukovochu.  
I have 8yrs exp, in my exp full time with 100K+ is better than contract job with <75/hr.
Only Disadv, its not easy to start your GC in fulltime. There will be many persons in the queue.
