Depends on the area... naaku thelisina naa choosina vaatitho 2 suggestions :

 

1.) Don't do construction instead get it done by some oneself & get into an agreement with them... appudu mee 5 members ki only land cost paduthundhi.. vizag , vijayawada lanti areas lo land owner ee king asalu.. realtors even 70 30, 60 40 ratio kooda chesthunnaru !

 

2.) Marketing is very important.. chala foundation padaganey marketin solid ga chesi market value kanna oka 1 or 2 lacs thakkuva ammithey construction chesthunappudu meeku buyers dorukuthaaru... chala mandhi ee strategy nee follow avthaaru ,,, eliga kooda construction cost ni save cheyochu kontha varaku...

mothum aa project cost estimate chesuko DETAILED ga from labor to engineer, govt permissions, material(wood, cement, stone, paint, decoration, brick, steel cost), availability of labor and their experience in the past.... etc

600 sq yrdslo iss it possible to construct 4 apts per floor?..adi 1500 sftvi?...i doubt it...chuttu fire engine velladaniki place vadalali..ade oka 100 sq yrs lestadi
