H1 last year file chesthe pick aindhi,... client was from Texas, but last Nov lo project complete aindhi....January 2016 lo new long term project vatchindhi,.....amendment chedham anukunna time lo ee project kuda sudden ga complete aindhi,...

1. eppudu job ledhu bench meedha unna.

2. Urgent ga India vellali, H1 amendment cheyaledhu,..so old clinet letters tho H1 Visa ki velthe emanna problem unnayaa

3. India lo 2 months undham ani planning

4. India flying date, h1 visa date ki madhyalo enth time unte better, 

5. H1 meedha enni months max leave undotchu, 2 months India lo undotchaa,.. emanna problem avutundhaa

Client letter shud not be old that 30-60 days anukunta, ofcourse ala specific ga ekada rayaledu kani, client letter adiginapudu adi chupisthe mathram risk ye

First thing its our luck... koncham complicated situation,

if the interviewer asks for the above qs, then you dont have proper docs to prove that your working.

 

Nee recent paychecks ekkada run chesaru?? danee battee nee ammendement/i797 reflect avaleeee..

now its election time dude, so dont take chances.. not sure if this will impact stamping.

3. India lo enni months ayina undochu it doesn't matter  stamping untey, but stamping key velthunav kanuka incase stamping padakuntey risk ayidhi .... Example: Maa friend Job ayipoyindhi, kani vadiki already H1 stamping undhi, so job 3 months ledhu ah 3 months vadu india velli akkadi nundi marketing cheskunadu, job fix kaganey malli U.S ochesadu. so it doesn't matter as long as your employer is ok with it ... you can keep as vacation because vadiki ochey nashtam em ledhu you are losing your pay anukuntadu anthey ....
