what will happen if 2nd labor also rejected ... or any suggestions regarding labor filing

There are 3 "major" things that your employer must prove brother. Market test that there are no available green card or citizens who are qualified for the advertised job at your location. You are qualified to be selected for the advertised job, meaning your qualifications meet the job requirements. Last but not the least that the employer is "willing" (on the paper) that they will pay you equal or higher than the prewailing wage at the job location. If any of these are not proven, most likely labor won't be approved.

Since you have 2 more years best thing is to restart this with your own employer because your initial paperwork is already in place so no need to waste time on that but you need to make sure that the paperwork and the text  (wording of the papers) aligns with the above mentioned criteria. The other option is to find an employer who has contracted their immigration work to a good law firm and willing to apply for your GC immediately. Even immediately typically will take between 3-6 months before they start the prewailing wage if the employer/attorney are aggressive.

You can do both options as well simultaneously, I mean it's not restricted that other companies cannot apply for your GC simultaneously when you are in high demand and there are no PR or citizens qualified for it at the advertised location.
