Y company dhi premium apply cheste july month end ki approve aina tarvata can he join in septemeber? any issues in having 2 h1s at a time.. ofcourse oka h1 medhe pay roll run avutundi

No Issues.  He can have 2 H1's .

But USA lo 2 weeks notice avasaram ledu. companies cannot force beyond that. Check the law.
