Bhayya... These promises are common in election times... Don't keep too much hope. To issue green cards bill had to be passed through Senate and house. Republicans have majority in house they don't entertain stuff like this. Like in case of HR 213 which was passed in Senate but house never even bothered to look at it since last few years
