Hitman Posted July 1, 2016 Report Posted July 1, 2016 Yes., they can. heard one story from neighbors - She had H4, Got H1, went to India after an year, Did try to get back in US with H1, vadu proof adigadu, donga copuis ichindi, unfortunately bank account lo emi transactions levu.. so sent her back , now whole family left, becz she couldn't even get H4 now, already erra mudra vesaru. she tried 3 to 4 embassy's to get H4 with no success.
