No issues bro you can file H1 ext.. I did Amendment in Jan 2016 ..it was in processing stage..later in may 2016 i applied for H1 ext ..H1 ext approved in 5 days ..i didnt check about my amendment which applied earlier adhi elago wastekabbati check chesi.... you can go ahead and apply no issues...
