Need help with h1 visa scheduling

Friend gadu h1 visa slot book cheyali, on the page before paying fee it is asking for receipt number and petition dates. He does not have an approval yet, what to fill in these fields? Evaranna chesara ila

He is currently in US and his extension is pending, based on his rfe he might get an approval with out i94. Anduke we scenario.

Please help.

this is what I did...

From :Just new petetion eppudu start avuthado aa date (The date after current h1b end date.).... .

To : If you think you will get 3 years. estimate the date and use that one.

And pay the fee..

once you get approval, you can update the profile till 2 days before interview. 

Same with DS 160 - dont submit till you get approval... interview ki 2 days mundu varaku submit cheyyochu....

as I said dont submit DS 160 until you got approval.

visa payment profile lo kuda you can update any time.
