jeelu441 Posted July 8, 2016 Report Posted July 8, 2016 Hello I got H1 picked up with new employer and got RFE. and to answer it my new employer want me to work with him with my current project so he can submit payroll, client letter. Doubt is that my Current Employer had an agreement in 2013 while joining the project that i should not move with current project to diff employer/vendor or even i should not go full time for client(apptlo opt mida job imp ani chadvakunda sign pettanu ). Spoke with vendor, vendor is ok with shifting to new employer. problem is if my current employer knew about this he will file case on me using that agreement, is that valid ? Please suggest me. Quote
