ilakatamaflia Posted July 8, 2016 Author Report Posted July 8, 2016 Bhaa idhi naa situation, nov 2015 lo h1 expire ayindhi, so extn lo filed bfre h1 expiry and 3 mnths ki no update so puahed to premiuim and dn rfe came in feb ,rfe is abt emplyr and some documentation ,and later h1b denied , after denial we applied again(MTR) with all documention,clietn letters and now rfe came abt maintance of status dueing this process Quote
