Nenu video just ippude chusa. Before I was not interested to see. if it's really happened.

But it's looking like unreal or graphics.

1.No dog stay calm if this is the case.

2. If the person who has thrown the dog is psycho, who recorded the video? 

3. The recorded person is another psycho?

4. If the video is really true and became a big National wide issue in TV's and in social media, his neighbors can easily catch him for 1 lakh offered reward.

Nowadays videos r even not considered as true evidence.
