Guys, this doesn't just affect the people on H1B's , H4EAD and F1, but also every consultant, be it a citizen or GC holder who is consulting with these 400+companies. They have created a database (called GEMS in one of their videos) of all the consultants, their resumes, pay rates etc. They also have 'no hire list' for candidates who they had issues with the pay rates etc. Therefore, they are using this 'repository' to ensure the candidates don't have the negotiating power so they can profit even more by billing the clients higher and higher, while the pay and benefits remain almost same for employees. 
So, please spread this info to all your friends and relatives and ensure this alliance is exposed.
