after eeh1b start date...pettu kovachu anukunta...

Pay stubs mandatory kaadhu, but unte better coz Cato meedha rfe padithe appudu em chesthav? Nen chance theesukunna nannu aagaledhu!

You should have atleast 1 paystub for sure while you do H1 transfer.

no need of any pay stubs. personal experience... but I transferred to FTE though... kani it shouldn't make any difference as long as u have proper documentation.
