one-one meeting request already vachi untey...u dont hav to respond to him in email.

all you do is prepare for tht meeting. meeting u would hav to tell what all you did with work analysis and tasks.

ledhu email rayali ankuntey... send him conversation emails of how the work was completed. emails evo chesi untav kadha...

4 hrs pani sometimes takes all day...like someone telling improvement, or telling you to hold on until another cycle goes thru etc. 

ilanti emails anni collect cheskoni... attach chesi pampivu..so tht he know wats happening

im only thinking ..he wants to know if tasks assigned to you are appropriate and timeworthy aa ani.

its part of planning. as long as you have your facts right you are good. manager anaaka veyyi emails vasthaye. annitini check cheskuntu... nee work ela avthundo teluskodam kastam kadha. ninne adigestey better ani ankunaadu emo. prepare for the meeting...tht shd be better.

dont worry... join ayyundi recent ee kada... system artham avvadaniki time pattindi... but will catchup and make sure work within the time frame lo chesta ani cheppu.. intiki vachi over time chesi job kapaduko..... good luck

timeworthy antey..i meant...he wants know if ur time is use efficiently by the tasks. he may giv new tasks, which can be creative or mundane.

In your situation, try to finish tasks on time and write some documents about best practices and share it among the team. try to be extra smart and dont get panic.

Join ayi 8 weeks ee ayindi kada..koncham proactive ga undali..Lead/Mgr adgentha varaku techukokudadu..Koncham vallaki ne mida nammakam ochaka edi chesina nadusthadi..Em cheyakapoina show off aina ivvali..kondaru alane manage chestharu..antha nene chesthunattu..adi basic funda..

last week assign chesina anni delivered on time /before time..but last Monday assignment ; koncham lazy ga undhi malli new work assign chestadhu ani update cheyaledhu ....
