You don;t need to refile H4 EAD. It will be valid until your current visa expiry date.

yes. EAD is just employment authorization document. it is not entiled to any company.

as per my legal, H4 EAD is valid till your i140 with any company is valid... even though you switch companies, if you have valid i140, then you are fine and your H4EAD is also fine man...

You will get a case number.. Like EAC000000... Along with your i140 approval notice .. With that number check in uscis case tracker website to know the status
