Yeah dude, I used to play from Friday night to Sunday midnight with hardly 2 to 3 hrs sleep.. And sometimes i used to go on weekdays too.. So many sleepless nights..

And i used to win every single time I went to casino but whenever I start increasing my bets my downfalls starts and I used to get frustrated and lose the money.

Finally what I realized is this game is for the people who has strong self control which I doesn't have and decided to Quit.

I observed that when i drink / smoke at the table, i loose my focus and tend to take bad decisions.
