For stamping in mexico , is it mandatory /suggested to get Mexico visa first before ? 

Did anyone get mexican visa from California ? Can anyone share any links for process/documents.

what do you mean visa on arrival ? I heard its advisable to get mexican visa first before travelling/going for stamping.
