baiyya naaku 4.5 yr exp undi prior to current company .. e roju hr tho discussion lo she is ok to file in eb2 if i can show 5 yrs experience andi .. by the way nen batchlrs chesa not masters ..naa btech ki nenu join ina first company ki madya lo 6 months gap undi like next day after my grad joined ani peduthae ... and consulting to ft move inappudu last 2 months payroll run cheyyale paatha employer ..  

 

exact next day after my btech grad to prior to joining continuous employment peduthae 5 years 1 month vastundi .. Edhi risky antaara or better to go with eb3 as of now aa . i am in 4th yr of h1 and no i140 as of now

Going forward eb2 or eb3 does not matter i guess... Both are useless... If you file now except your green card after 20 years with current processing ways

Right now, EB2 valla pedda use emi ledu. Kaani EB2 dates sure ga revise avutayi. Current avutay i anatledu.

Neeku chance unte EB2 cheyinchuko,. Btech finish ayina ventane job choopinchu em avvadu. I know people who claimed experience in last year of BTech itself. JKC, Project Work etc anni kooda experience lo vesesaru. 

Kaani HR vaddu antunte, EB3 cheyinchuko. EB2 kosam FullTime opportunity vadulukoku.

Eb3 cheyyinchukooo bro...elago andhaaru Eb3 nunchii Eb2 ki move avthunnaruu akkada Eb2 applications ekkuva avthunnayee than Eb3... Eb3 dates current ayye chance Eb2 kanna mundhe vache chance untundhiii I guess.. Nee situation batti Eb3 best atu experience wise itu dates wise...

 

every year 10% ppl moving from Eb3 to Eb2...Eb2 full traffic
