yes....client wanted me and I said then take my employer as prime vendor.....done deal...of course we gave 5$/hr until the end of initial contract to original vendor which is nothing compared to what we gained after that....

Prime vendor tho matladu, due to some issues  employer marudam anukuntunna ani chepu (endukante naku telisi Prime vendor ni middle vendor ee ni employer anukuntadu most cases lo)....

ala chepi mi employerr tho paperwork chesukomanu....

aa sangati middle vadiki teliyakunda chedam ani chepu...teliste pay ivadu ani chepu...

As long as PV ok aithe it should not be a big deal.... 

But PV ki middle vendor ki manchi relations undi nuvvu kakunda vere candidates kuda unte this might not work out...
