EarbiteNews Posted July 16, 2016 Report Posted July 16, 2016 For the last few days, the excise department in Hyderabad has been conducting a special drive for minor boys and girls and their parents against drunken driving in the wake of the recent death of eight-year old girl Ramya in an accident caused by a drunk boy. The authorities are also raiding bars and pubs which are selling liquor to minors below 18 years. During the counselling, one of the boys asked the department officials; “What is wrong in drunk boys driving vehicles, when a drunk man can run the government?” Obviously, he was referring to Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, who is known for heavy boozing.
