If we are already in H1, what should we select while applying for  a Full Time Jobs...??

Will you now, or in the future, require sponsorship for employment Visa status (e.g., H-1B, visa status)?

YES  or  NO...?

yes we need H1-B sponsor ship.

 

this means they have to take care about your transfer.
