if you had seen ITserve videos this is the first point they discussed, last time oka sari ee bill pettinadupu they successfully  lobbed and add text in the bill saying that they dont count if employee has started GC process in h1b ani Satish gadu aa videos lo cheppadu

so vallaiki ee count 50% lopala untundhi for employee who didnt started GC.

This time they should remove this clause, appudu cinema kanipisthundhi.

and also they should include heavy penalities if USCIS found employee started sister consultancies for TAX fraud and visa fraud,
