KATHRI Posted July 17, 2016 Report Posted July 17, 2016 One of my friend used to run in marathons here, later he developed some problems in his feet. After consulting lot of doctors with out any cure . He finally ended up getting 3-4 shots every six months to 1 year. This gives him some relief. He goes to some specialist at John hopkins let me know if you need info... Quote

Don't run no more then 3 times a week, make sure to buy a good pair of running shoes and don't run on concrete or hard surfaces , it's suggested to run on trails and grass if possible. Quote
