I keep getting pain in my lower leg and after some research realised it was posterior shin splints. compression sleeve vadithe feels better ani chadiva, did any one try this.  Meeku kuda osthuntaya ivi or running lo edaina tips or tricks unte cheppandi vaaa. I am having bad leg sores.

One of my friend used to run in marathons here, later he developed some problems in his feet.

After consulting lot of doctors with out any cure . He finally ended up getting 3-4 shots every six months to 1 year. This gives him some relief.

He goes to some specialist at John hopkins let me know if you need info...

Sad man, is he still running man. What exact problem did he get ?. Prevention is better than cure kada so asking the best routines to avoid any future problems

Yeah, i do 5-10 mins pre and post running.

Don't exactly know what the problem is, it may not be same for you... get it diagnosed

Mostly shoes... I had bad shin splints and consulted a Doctor too... Didn't help

luckily changing the shoe helped.. I use Asics with support... And make sure you take half inch extra than your normal size... Laces not tight... 

It may work for you too... See a running shoe store near by not dicks/sports authority... Local running stores lo baga help chestaru

Where do you run ?  Threadmill ? Beginning lo naku kuda Shins pain ga vundevi, I changed shoes and treadmill machine at Gym and now i can run more than 30 mins without any pain. Dont forget to use roller to cool down the leg pain after your workout.

Roller use cheyatla but parigettepde naku pain ochesthundi. How frequently do you run ? I usually run for 45-1 hr. Treadmill or road rendu pain osthunnai.

 U may be over doing it , how many time do u run In a week and for how long ? Don't run no more then 3 times a week, make sure to buy a good pair of running shoes and don't run on concrete or hard surfaces , it's suggested to run on trails and grass if possible.

Try ice'ing 

Do elliptical instead of running for few days
