If you do that, client treat you as any other contractor. But if you really put the hours that you only worked which is minimum (40 hrs) client considers for long-term.....many people miss this simple logic.... Quote

That's your take dude! based on initial post my understanding is different......he said client requirements but didn't mention if client official hours are 45 or the requirements make him to work 45 hrs.....how about if the client has no work on the non-peak weeks?.....would he still put 40 or only the hours he worked?
