Asal mana fitness check cheddam ani stairs thisukunna office lo Oka 4 floors ke khatham.. Any tips guys on how to over come this laziness and be fit.. Quote

Bhayya, your body metabolism cycle correct ga ledu Try eating good breakfast, and do cardio(office lo take steps/or walk fast) for 20mins in 2 cycles try this and see if you see any difference and just to be on the safe side, get your blood work done Quote
