Does chase cut a cheque for balance transfer ... So that I can cash that into my checking account .....

Once approved you can call and ask for balance transfer checks. Once you get then in mail, you can deposit that into any checking/saving account. Citi laga chase online balance transfers to bank allow cheyadu
