reddyeee Posted July 27, 2016 Report Posted July 27, 2016 Take proper food. multiply your weight in lb with 0.6 and start taking that many grams of protein. Don't take more than 30 to 35 grams at a time. Multi vitamins, fish oil, multi minerals teesuko daily. Start with 1 hour cardio and 15 mins weights per day. Don't do same type of cardio every day. Change from walking to running or elliptical or cycling or stairs. 5 days gym ki vellu with out any excuses. After a month change that to 45 mins cardio and 30 mins weights and then 30 mins cardio and 45 mins weights. Weights one body part per day. Quote
