Eat two banannas before workout. 

start with low weights for the first few days. dont give up if you get body pains. Do it without miss and you can overcome all pains.

again dont give gap. Eat healthy food.

Eat goat meat and salmon fish for better perfromance.

Once in a week eating baby goat is good for body performance and generating more spermmm in the body.

drink milk 1 glass morning & evening

poor diet tho these problems are common
